General terms
Web booking will be handled on monday – friday 08:00 – 15:00, and confirmed within 1 working day.
The car illustrations are only shown as an example of a car model in the price range.
Unlimited mileage.
Toll driving is not included in the price.
A driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of a year must be presented at the time of renting.
Maximum two extra drivers can be added. No additional cost.
Age of renter
Price group Compact, Compact SUV, Medium, and Medium Estate; minimum age 20 years.
Price group SUV, and Vans; minimum age 23 years.
Price group Large SUV, and Large SUV Electric; minimum age 28 years.
Insurance
Collision damage waivers (own risk):
Compact, Compact SUV, Medium, Medium estate: NOK 12 000,- per damage
SUV, Large SUV, and Large SUV Electric: NOK 14 000,- per damage
Vans NOK 20 000,- per damage
By paying NOK 150 per day this charge will be reduced to NOK 3000 per damage.
For Long term rentals the damage reduction charge is NOK 1500 per 4 weeks.
The damage reduction is not available for the price groups SUV, Vans, Large SUV, and Large SUV Electric.
Wind shield damage: Rubble repair: NOK 500,- Replacement of wind shield: NOK 3000,-
Cleaning of extremely dirty interior: NOK 500,-
Payment terms
The full hire fee, + deposit, will be pre-authorized and reserved at pick-up of the rental car at our office at The Royal Garden Hotel in Trondheim to one of the following credit or debit cards:
Visa (Visa Electron is not accepted)
MasterCard
Eurocard
Prices deposit:
- NOK 1000,- for rental less than 4 days
- NOK 2000,- for rental more than 4 days
- NOK 1000,- for each week of rental after the first week
The cardholder and the driver must be the same person.
The rental car is delivered with a full tank and it must be returned with a full tank. The renter will be charged with NOK 250,- for not complying on this term.
Extra costs such as unpaid parking, driving on private road and so forth, will be invoiced with an administration fee of NOK 100,- (NOK 150,- for foreign countries)
Any known damages to the car are presented by the drivers door. Any exceptions must be reported before using the car.
Allways Rental Cars recommends that the hirer takes pictures of the car before driving. Pictures from all 4 sides, beneath the car and above the car.
Any damage occurred during the hire period is the renter´s responsibility. Any damages shall be reported upon returning the car with a completed Damage Report.
AllWays accept driving in the Scandinavian countries if this is agreed at time of pick-up. Please contact us for any other countries. Driving an AllWays hire car in Eastern Europe is not allowed.
