Yes, our cars have studless winter tires.

This is because we've succeeded in negotiating very good local acquisition deals that you as a customer get the benefit of.

• At AllWays Rental cars you pay when you pick up the car. We pre-authorize the payment and reserve the cost for the rental and deposit on your debit/credit card
• You can only pay with a VISA, Mastercard, or a Eurocard. Cash is not accepted.
• There are no hidden costs. The only thing you'll be charged for in addition to the price on the web site is usually local toll road tax, or extra insurance which is optional. If you haven't paid parking fees, refueled the car, or similar, this will be added on top of the price.

• A valid international drivers license and a payment card in your name. Driver and card holder must be the same person.
• To be eligible for student discount, student ID must be presented.

At AllWays Rental cars there is no extra charge for cancelling. But we greatly appreciate it if you'll let us know as soon as possible when you know you're not going to rent a car.

• At AllWays Rental cars you choose a price group, not a specific make or model. If you wish a specific car (BMW/Opel etc.) we will try to fulfill your wish, but unfortunately we can't guarantee it. The picture of the car is just an example of the size.
• If you need something specific as a tow bar, long or wide space in the trunk, high ground clearance or something similar, let us know in the booking of the car and we'll do our best to fulfill your needs.

• Deposit is used primarily to cover the cost of local toll road tax. Every car is equipped with a chip which registers each passing of a toll station. Prices are fixed and you can see the cost of each toll station as you drive through it
• We also use deposit to cover the cost of expenses such as fuel cost, parking fees, and similar which is not included in the rental agreement

• The second working day after return of the rental day, the chip in the car will be updated of the cost of local toll road tax. We'll add this to your rental agreement, and charge your card for the total cost of the rental car. Remaining amount we've reserved on your card will be available again on your bank account.
• After the rental period is over, you may be charged for extra fees such as damages, extra mileage, fuel, and parking fees or similar which is not included in the rental agreement. If you disagree with any of these fees, you can ask AllWays Rental cars for valid documentation.

• You can always call us during opening hours for an extention. Remember it's not guaranteed that the rental car is available for an extention because of other bookings. Notify us as soon as possible if you want an extention.
• If you return the car later than agreed in the rental agreement, you will be automatically charged for an extra day.

• On daily rental and weekend rental you have unlimited mileage.
• On 5 days rental or longer, your mileage is unlimited! is limited with 1500km per week 
• We allow driving in other countries in Scandinavia, if we've been notified of this at booking or pickup. Contact us if you want to travel to other countries. Eastern Europe is not permitted.

• You return the rental car at the parking garage in Radisson Blu Hotel where you pick up the rental car. One of our employees will do an inspection of the rental car with you.
• If you plan to return after/before opening hours, you can leave the rental car at the parking lot outside of the hotel and return the car keys at the front desk/reception of the hotel. Remember that you're responsible for the rental car until opening hours. We recommend returning the car during opening hours.
• AllWays Rental cars will clean the car for you. If the car is too dirty for damage control, we must wash the car before inspection. You don't have to wait while we wash, but we will contact you if something comes up.

• Allways call the police by dialing 112 if there are any injured persons.
• For exterior damages a damage report must be written. Call AllWays Rental cars for further instructions.
• If the rental car is not driveable or if there is something wrong with the rental car, either call Allways Rental cars during opening hours or call the assistance telephone number which is provided on the car key.
• A damage report must always be written in any accidents involving injured persons, exterior damages, or damage of any other property.

• At AllWays Rental cars every car is automatically insured with a third party collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft protection (TP). This is already included in your price when booking the rental car.
• The cost for own risk in case of damages or theft depends of the price group you book. You can also reduce your own risk by purchasing additional insurance (see our terms). If there is a damage of another car, person, or property, this will be covered by your insurance up to the cost of your own risk as long as it's not reckless driving.
• Wind shield insurance is included in the price, with a fixed own risk for repairs of rubble or change of wind shield.
• If damages happens on the rental car in your rental period, it is required of you to write a damage report.

AllWays Rental cars will always try to be of assistance in showing you how you operate the rental car. We help you with damage control, accessory explanation, and how you use the functions of the rental car. Ask us anything!

• All of our rental cars come equipped with a damage form. It's the renters responsibility to make sure the existing damages on the rental car are correct in relation to the damage form. We will do our best to assist you with damage control. We recommend to all of our customers to thoroughly inspect the rental car for damages before you drive. Taking pictures and/or video is encouraged.
• If you can't inspect the rental car because of bad weather or lighting, make sure this is noted in the rental agreement. You have to inspect the rental car within reasonable time after signing the rental agreement, and make sure to inform AllWays Rental cars immediately if you see a damage which is not marked off at the damage form. If not, you may be held accountable for any new damages which is found at the return of the rental car.

All animals must be transported in a designated cage with respect and consideration of allergic persons.
